Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to InvoicePeak, a mobile app for creating invoices, estimates, PDF documents, client records, and related business documents.
By using InvoicePeak, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What InvoicePeak Provides
InvoicePeak helps users create, preview, export, share, and track invoices and estimates. The app is designed for freelancers, contractors, service providers, and small businesses.
InvoicePeak is not accounting software, bookkeeping software, tax software, legal advice, financial advice, or payment processing software.
Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of business, client, tax, payment, invoice, estimate, and line item information you enter.
- You should review every document before sending it to a client.
- You are responsible for complying with local tax, invoicing, licensing, and business requirements.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.
InvoicePeak does not verify the accuracy, legality, or tax treatment of your documents.
Subscriptions and Purchases
InvoicePeak may offer paid subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscription billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund handling are controlled by Apple and your App Store account settings.
If you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date according to Apple's terms.
Free and Pro Features
InvoicePeak may offer a limited free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro features may include unlimited invoices and estimates, premium templates, PDF export and sharing, removal of watermarks, client saving, custom business branding, duplicate documents, and other professional features.
Local Data and Cloud Sync
InvoicePeak is local-first. Data you enter may be stored on your device. If cloud sync is enabled, data may also be stored using Firebase services so it can be backed up or synced.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of important business documents. InvoicePeak is not a permanent recordkeeping, tax filing, or accounting archive.
Acceptable Use
You may not use InvoicePeak to break the law, create fraudulent documents, misrepresent invoices or estimates, interfere with the app, or attempt to bypass paid features.
No Guarantee
InvoicePeak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to make the app reliable and professional, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business requirement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, InvoicePeak and its creators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the app, including lost revenue, lost data, incorrect invoices, missed payments, or tax issues.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use as InvoicePeak changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide the updated terms at this URL.
