Privacy Policy

InvoicePeak helps freelancers and small business owners create invoices, estimates, client records, and PDF documents. We designed the app to be local-first and to collect as little information as possible.
Information You Provide
The app may process business profile details, client details, invoice and estimate details, line items, prices, tax rates, discounts, notes, payment terms, document status, selected templates, logo images, and support messages you send to us.
Local-First Storage
InvoicePeak stores app data locally on your device by default. You can create invoices and estimates without creating an account.
Optional Cloud Sync
If cloud sync is enabled, InvoicePeak uses Firebase services to back up and sync your business profile, clients, invoices, estimates, and related document data. Firebase is provided by Google. Cloud sync may use anonymous authentication to create an app-specific user ID for your install.
PDF Export and Sharing
When you export, share, or email a PDF, the PDF may contain business, client, invoice, estimate, tax, payment, and notes information that you included in the document. The destination is controlled by the share or email option you choose on your device.
Basic Analytics
InvoicePeak may collect basic product analytics events, such as app open, document creation, preview, export taps, paywall views, purchase results, restore purchases, and estimate conversion. These events help us understand whether the app is easy to use and where users need improvements.
Analytics events do not include client names, client emails, invoice line items, notes, payment details, or PDF contents.
Photos and Logo Uploads
If you choose a business logo, InvoicePeak requests access to your photo library so you can select an image. The app uses that image to personalize invoices and estimates.
Payments and Subscriptions
If paid subscriptions are enabled, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. InvoicePeak does not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
Information We Do Not Sell
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the current version of the app.
How We Use Information
- Create, edit, preview, export, and share invoices and estimates.
- Save clients and business profile settings.
- Sync data across installs if cloud sync is enabled.
- Provide support and respond to user requests.
- Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve app reliability.
- Understand core product usage and improve the invoice creation, preview, export, and purchase flow.
Data Retention
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or reset local data. If cloud sync is enabled, synced data remains in Firebase until you delete your account data from Settings or contact support for help.
Your Choices
You can use the app locally without cloud sync, edit or delete data inside the app, delete synced cloud data from Settings, or contact us for help with access, correction, or deletion.
Account and Data Deletion
If cloud sync is enabled, choose Delete account data in Settings. This removes synced profile, client, invoice, and estimate data associated with the app install and deletes the anonymous cloud account for that install.
Children
InvoicePeak is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide the updated policy at this URL.
